Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, email support@vidhistoneart.com within 1 day of delivery. Include clear images and a video showing the product’s condition.

Important Conditions:

 

  • Keep the product unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • We will pick up damaged products via reverse shipping after we verify them.”
  • Limited edition items are not eligible for replacement.
  • Discounted or sale items are not eligible for replacement or refund.

If you receive a discounted item damaged, report it within 1 day for evaluation.”

Points to Note

 

You must request an exchange within 2 days of delivery.

    • You can exchange a product only if you keep it unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags intact, in its original packaging
    • Please clearly mention your name, address, phone number, email ID, order ID, and required size on the parcel.
    • Only one exchange is allowed per order.
      • You may exchange the size for a bigger or smaller item of the same value

    • Any shipping or COD charges (both forward and reverse) will be borne by the customer.
    • You must return items in the same condition you received them.
    • A receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory for processing an exchange.

 

 

Refunds

We do not offer refunds.

We approve and process refunds only when eligible. Complete all required steps. If you do not receive a refund, contact support@vidhistoneart.com

Replacement Policy

We only replace items if they are damaged or defective.
