Shipping Charges
- India: Shipping is free on all domestic orders.
- International Orders:Orders below INR 40,000 (approx. USD 540) are charged INR 1,500 per kg (approx. USD 30).Orders above INR 40,000 qualify for free international shipping.
Delivery Timelines
Shipping Policy We provide estimated shipping and delivery timelines on individual product pages for both domestic and international orders.
- Domestic Orders (India): Delivered within 5–9 business days from the date of dispatch.
- International Orders: Delivered within 12–15 business days from the date of dispatch.
If your order includes multiple items, we may ship them separately, and they may arrive in multiple consignments. Delivery timelines indicate estimates and may change due to factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will keep you informed of any delays.
Delayed Dispatch
We make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe. If your package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please contact us, and we will assist in resolving the issue at the earliest.
Order Tracking
Once we dispatch your order within India, we will send you an email with the tracking number and courier partner details. Tracking information becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch from our warehouse.
